Two-year limited warranty
NAVURIS watches purchased directly from our website include a two-year limited warranty beginning on the delivery date. It covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions arising under normal, intended use. Subject to applicable law, the remedy may be repair, replacement with the same or a comparable product, or refund.
Not covered
Normal wear, cosmetic damage, scratches, broken crystal, strap or bracelet wear, consumables, water damage, accidents, impact, misuse, negligence, improper storage, unauthorized opening, modification or repair, loss, and theft are not covered. Water resistance is not permanent and may be affected by wear, impact, or improper use.
Making a claim
Email sales@navuris.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video. Do not ship the watch until we provide written instructions.
This limited warranty is in addition to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
