Products and orders
We make reasonable efforts to present products, specifications, colors, prices, and availability accurately. An order submission is an offer to purchase; acceptance occurs when we send shipment confirmation unless we notify you otherwise. We may correct errors, limit quantities, discontinue items, or cancel an order before shipment with an appropriate refund.
Custom orders
You are responsible for reviewing confirmed specifications and for having rights to submitted artwork. A custom order generally cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded for change of mind after work begins, except where defective, materially inconsistent with the confirmed specifications, or required by law.
