Order processing
Standard in-stock watches generally require 3-5 business days of preparation after payment authorization and order review. Custom and special-order timing is confirmed by email after specifications are agreed.
Delivery
We use DHL, EMS, or UPS depending on destination and service availability. Delivery generally takes 5-15 business days after dispatch. These estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
U.S. taxes and import charges
For orders shipped to the United States, NAVURIS bears and prepays applicable import duties, customs-clearance charges, and sales taxes included in or expressly charged at checkout, unless checkout or a written agreement clearly states otherwise.
Tracking and address accuracy
Tracking information is sent by email where available. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for following carrier instructions. If packaging appears damaged, photograph it before opening where feasible and keep all packaging materials.
Delays, loss, and damage
If tracking has not updated for an unusually long period, or a parcel appears lost or damaged, contact sales@navuris.com with the order number and supporting information. We will reasonably assist with a carrier inquiry or claim.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us immediately. A request can be considered only before dispatch and before custom work begins. After dispatch, the applicable return process applies.
