Details worth looking at

A finished watch brings together individual components, surface treatments and careful assembly. Each stage has a different purpose.

Geometry and surfaces

Digital preparation defines the component geometry before machining. Brushing and polishing then establish the contrast between adjacent surfaces and the overall feel of the case.

Assembly and alignment

The movement, dial, hands and case components must work together. Assembly includes fitting and adjustment, with attention to alignment and the finished appearance.

Checks for the edition

Visual and functional inspection follow assembly. Testing is based on the confirmed specification of the product; a workshop photograph is not a substitute for a stated water-resistance rating.
